This online module of the You(th)App training for youth workers will cover 8 topics that were found most important in our reasearch of the state of the art of youth work in Slovenia, Croatia and Romania.

The online module is open to youth workers from all over Europe and we hope it will be usefull for you.

Each of the 8 topics has a description, some usefull resources and several tasks that participants need to complete in order to receive a learning badge. The online module is fully self-paced so you can organise your own learning process according to your needs.

Spletni modul usposabljanja You(th)App za mladinske delavce zajema 8 tem, ki so se v naši raziskavi stanja na področju mladinskega dela v Sloveniji, na Hrvaškem in v Romuniji izkazale za najpomembnejše.
Spletni modul je namenjen mladinskim delavcem iz vse Evrope in upamo, da vam bo koristil.
Vsaka od osmih tem ima opis, nekaj uporabnih virov in več nalog, ki jih morajo udeleženci opraviti, da prejmejo učno značko. Vljudno vas prosimo, da vaše odgovore zapišete v angleškem jeziku, saj bomo tako lažje odobrili učno značko ali vas pozvali k dopolnitvi.

Ovaj online modul You(th)App treninga za osobe koje rade s mladima pokriti će 8 tema koje smo našlinajvažnijima temeljem našeg istraživanja provedenog o stanju rada s mladima (Youth work) u Sloveniji, Hrvatskoj i Rumunjskoj.
Online modul je otvoren za sve osobe koje rade s maldima iz cijele Europe i nadamo se da će vam biti od koristi.
Svaka od 8 tema sadržiopis, pojedine korisne resurse i nekolicinu zadataka koje sudionici trebaju ispuniti kako bi dobili bedž za učenje.
Online modul je u potpunosti otvoren za prilagodbui vlastitom tempu , stoga možete organizirati vlastiti proces učenja prema vlastitim potrebama.
Molimo vas da svoje odgovore zapišete na engleskom jeziku jer ćemo vam tako lakše dodijeliti bedž ili zamolili nadopunu.

Modulul de formare online You(th)App dedicat lucrătorilor de tineret acoperă 8 subiecte care au fost identificate ca fiind cele mai importante în cercetarea noastră privind starea activității de tineret în Slovenia, Croația și România.
Modulul online este destinat lucrătorilor de tineret din întreaga Europă și sperăm că îl veți găsi util.
Fiecare dintre cele opt subiecte are o descriere, câteva resurse utile și o serie de sarcini de îndeplinit pentru a primi o insignă de învățare. Vă rugăm să vă scrieți răspunsurile în limba engleză, deoarece astfel ne va fi mai ușor să vă acordăm insigna sau să vă cerem să le completați.

You will be adressing folowing issues:
  • Cultural differences, values of the other, how to accommodate the other, communicating with other religions.
  • Gender equality, Human Rights, LGBT & hate speech
  • How to integrate refugees, nomads, apatrids in work teams.
  • Tools for building group cohesion;
  • Remedial methods when teamwork doesn't work;
  • Reaching out to disadvantaged young people, creating special access opportunities for them and integrating elements of outreach to young people who do not have access to opportunities into their activities.

You will be able to establish trustful and cooperative connections with young individuals: taking into consideration cultural disparities, understanding diverse values, adapting to others, and communicating with various religious beliefs. Promoting gender equality, upholding human rights, addressing LGBT and countering hate speech. Extending support to disadvantaged young people by creating specialized access opportunities and incorporating outreach elements for those with limited access into their activities.

V tem poglavju bomo obravnavamo naslednja vprašanja:
  • Kulturne razlike, vrednote drugega, kako se prilagoditi drugemu, komuniciranje z drugimi verstvi.
  • Enakost spolov, človekove pravice, LGBT in sovražni govor.
  • Kako vključiti begunce, nomade in apatride v delovne skupine.
  • Orodja za gradnjo skupinske kohezije.
  • Metode za odpravo pomanjkljivosti, kadar skupinsko delo ne deluje.
  • Doseganje mladih z omejenimi možnostmi, ustvarjanje posebnih možnosti dostopa zanje in vključevanje elementov pomoči mladim, ki nimajo dostopa do priložnosti, v svoje dejavnosti.

Z mladimi posamezniki boste znali vzpostaviti zaupne in sodelovalne vezi: upoštevanje kulturnih razlik, razumevanje različnih vrednot, prilagajanje drugim in komuniciranje z različnimi verskimi prepričanji. Spodbujanje enakosti spolov, ohranjanje človekovih pravic, obravnavanje LGBT in preprečevanje sovražnega govora. Razširjanje podpore prikrajšanim mladim z ustvarjanjem specializiranih možnosti dostopa in vključevanjem elementov pomoči za osebe z omejenim dostopom v svoje dejavnosti.

U ovom poglavlju baviti ćete se sljedećim problemima:
  • Kulturološke razlike, vrijednosti drugoga, kako se prilagoditi drugome, komuniciranje s drugim religijama.
  • Ravnopravnost spolova, ljudska prava, LGBT i govor mržnje
  • Kako integrirati izbjeglice, nomade, apatride u radne timove.
  • Alati za izgradnju grupne kohezije;
  • Korektivne metode kada timski rad ne funkcionira;
  • Dopiranje do mladih ljudi u nepovoljnom položaju, stvaranje posebnih mogućnosti pristupa za njih i integracija elemenata dosezanja mladih ljudi koji nemaju pristup mogućnostima u svoje aktivnosti.

Moći ćete uspostaviti veze povjerenja i suradnje s mladim pojedincima: uzimajući u obzir kulturne razlike, razumijevajući različite vrijednosti, prilagođavajući se drugima i komunicirajući s različitim vjerskim uvjerenjima. Promicanje rodne ravnopravnosti, poštivanje ljudskih prava, obraćanje LGBT osobama i suzbijanje govora mržnje. Širenje potpore mladim ljudima u nepovoljnom položaju stvaranjem specijaliziranih mogućnosti pristupa i uključivanjem elemenata dosezanja za one s ograničenim pristupom u njihove aktivnosti.

  • Diferențele culturale, valorile celorlalți, cum să ne adaptăm la ceilalți, comunicarea cu alte religii.
  • Egalitatea de gen, drepturile omului, LGBT și discursul instigator la ură.
  • Cum să integrăm refugiații, nomazii și apatrizii în grupurile de lucru.
  • Instrumente pentru construirea coeziunii grupului.
  • Metode de abordare a deficiențelor atunci când lucrul în grup nu funcționează.
  • Accesul tinerilor cu oportunități limitate, crearea de oportunități speciale de acces și includerea în activitățile lor a unor elemente care să ajute tinerii care nu au acces la oportunități.

Trebuie să fiți capabili să stabiliți o relație unică cu tinerii: să profitați de diferențele culturale, să înțelegeți valorile diferite, să implicați în comunicare persoane cu valori diferite. Promovarea egalității de gen, a drepturilor omului, a tratamentului LGBT și a protecției discursului instigator la ură. Extinderea sprijinului pentru tinerii dezavantajați prin crearea de oportunități speciale de acces și includerea în activitățile lor a unor elemente de sprijin pentru persoanele cu acces limitat.
