This playlist is based on the activities implemented in the training course "The Power of Experience". It consists of three activities exploring the essence of reflection, reflective practice model and observation skills in reflection.

Reflective Cycle model by Gibbs is presented (please check resources section below).Then group participates in an intensive group exercise to gain experience. Then group splits into smaller groups of 5 people and practice the reflection model.The workshop is finished with the meta-reflection:How did the process go? What was easy/ challenging in the process of reflection? What would you do differently next time? Would you add some specific methods for some steps in the reflection?
